The Ovy Ovulation Test is for women* who want to have children and can help them track their cycle. The box contains 15 test strips to detect the ovulation hormone (luteinizing hormone) in the urine. The test reacts from an LH level of 25 mlU/ml and measures the LH value with an accuracy of 99.9%. The result can be read after ten minutes.
The Ovy Ovulation Test is carried out at the same time every day during the six most fertile days of the cycle. The best time is between 10 am and 8 pm. The ovulation test
should not be performed with morning urine. Start the test on the first day of your fertile phase, which is marked green (in "Get pregnant" mode) or orange (in "Cycle tracking mode) in the Ovy App.
In "Get pregnant" mode, the first positive ovulation test result entered in the Ovy App per cycle is included in the calculation of ovulation. An entered positive ovulation test means that ovulation is expected within the next 24-36 hours. The Ovy App records this accordingly and displays ovulation two days later.
In "Cycle tracking" mode, neither a positive nor a negative result is included in the calculation of your fertile and non-fertile days.
The Ovy App is not a contraceptive and is therefore not certified as a medical device for contraception.
