If you are not satisfied with your Ovy product, you can also return opened and tested products to us within 30 days of your purchase. The date of your order applies.
This is how you proceed:
- You must submit your satisfaction guarantee claim to https://ovysupport.zendesk.com/hc/de/requests/new within 30 days of your purchase. Various information is requested within the request form. You can enter the reason for the return under "Description". The description is very valuable to us as a company.
- Our customer service will contact you promptly and explain the next steps for the return.
- As soon as we receive your parcel, we will check the contents and refund your payment to the original payment method.
The free period for the paid version of the Ovy app, which you may have received when purchasing an Ovy Bluetooth thermometer, will also expire with the return. New subscription purchases are only possible again after the free period has expired.
Please note: The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply:
- Shipping costs
- Empty boxes
- Free gifts and samples
- Value of goods from parcels lost in your return (we recommend writing down the tracking number)
This 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not affect or limit your rights as a customer under the statutory warranty and the right of withdrawal.
